From old buildings to new residences
In Grund, Clausen, Pfaffenthal and the Ville-Haute, many buildings are old. Waste pipes are often cast iron, with tight bends and shared stacks running through several floors. When the stack blocks, several neighbours notice at once: water rises in the ground-floor shower when someone flushes on the second floor.
Around Gare, Bonnevoie and Hollerich, it is mostly apartment buildings split into flats. Pipes have been extended and rerouted over successive renovations, leaving shallow falls where grease and wipes build up.
In Kirchberg, Gasperich and the Cloche d’Or, residences are recent: wall-hung toilets on concealed frames, PVC waste pipes, manifolds in the service shafts. The faults are different, and we bring the right kit for the district.
What we do most often in the city
- Blocked toilets, wall-hung ones included. See blocked toilet.
- Blocked sinks or basins: kitchen grease, hair, limescale in the trap. See blocked sink.
- Water leaks under a sink, on a flexible hose, a stop valve or a joint. See water leak.
- A flush that runs non-stop or no longer refills: we repair the mechanism instead of replacing the whole toilet.
- Electric water heaters that no longer heat, and camera inspection when a stack keeps blocking.
Unblocking guaranteed for 1 month: if the same drain blocks again within the month, we come back free of charge.
Apartment buildings, property managers and rentals
In a building, a leak in your flat can reach the one below. Close your flat’s stop valve, tell your neighbour and, if needed, the property manager (syndic). If a shared stack is blocked, we can work on the syndic’s instructions and invoice them directly.
Renting? Minor upkeep (trap, seal, flush mechanism) is usually the tenant’s job; a shared stack or a pipe inside the wall is not. Our itemised invoice helps you claim it back from the landlord or your insurer. See also our page for property managers and businesses.
Every district, and the communes around
We cover every district of the city: Ville-Haute, Gare, Bonnevoie-Nord/Verlorenkost, Bonnevoie-Sud, Kirchberg, Limpertsberg, Belair, Merl, Hollerich, Gasperich, Cloche d’Or, Cessange, Hamm, Cents, Neudorf/Weimershof, Clausen, Grund, Pfaffenthal, Eich, Dommeldange, Beggen, Weimerskirch, Rollingergrund/Belair-Nord, Muhlenbach and Pulvermühl.
Give us a landmark: the central station, Place d’Armes, the Philharmonie, the Glacis, Place de l’Étoile, the Cloche d’Or shopping centre. Tell us the floor and the door code. The easiest way is to send the address and a photo of the problem on WhatsApp.
Neighbouring communes have their own page: plumber in Hesperange, in Strassen and in Bertrange.
Six quarters have their own page, covering what sets them apart for plumbing: Kirchberg, Gare, Bonnevoie, Limpertsberg, Belair and Gasperich.

Frequently asked questions
Do you come at night to the Ville-Haute or Grund?
Yes, we answer 24/7, weekends included. The price is given on the phone before we travel, and that is the price you pay.
Water comes up in my shower when my neighbour flushes. What should I do?
The shared stack is usually blocked. Stop using water, tell the property manager and call us: we clear the stack and can check it with a camera.
I rent my flat. Who pays the plumber?
Minor upkeep is usually the tenant’s; shared or concealed pipes are not. Our itemised invoice helps you claim it back from the landlord or your insurer.
Do you speak English?
