Plumber in Gasperich and Cloche d’Or
Gasperich brings together two very different areas: the old village around rue de Gasperich, and the Ban de Gasperich with its new residences and the Cloche d’Or offices. We work in both, for households and for businesses.

New residences in the Ban de Gasperich
In the newer buildings around the Cloche d’Or shopping centre and the large Ban de Gasperich park, almost every toilet is wall-hung: the cistern and mechanism are hidden in the wall, behind the flush plate. A flush that keeps running or no longer fills can usually be fixed through the opening behind that plate, without touching the tiles.
Waste pipes are smooth PVC and block mainly because of what goes into them: wipes, sanitary products, cat litter. The flat’s stop valve is often in a service riser or a hallway cupboard. Find it before you need it: in a leak, it is the first thing to close.
Getting into the building
- Give us the building number and the name of the residence: in the Ban de Gasperich several buildings sometimes share one street.
- Tell us whether a badge is needed for the underground car park or the lift, and whether someone can let us in.
- Give the floor and flat number, or the name on the intercom.
- Send a photo of the problem and, if possible, of the entrance on WhatsApp.
The price is given on the phone before the technician sets off. It is the price on the invoice.
Offices and shops at Cloche d’Or
Around boulevard de Kockelscheuer and the Stade de Luxembourg, office buildings have toilet blocks used by dozens of people and kitchenettes where coffee grounds and food scraps end up. One toilet out of order or an overflowing sink disrupts a whole floor.
We can come in the evening, early in the morning or at the weekend, when the offices are empty. You get before and after photos, a report for the building manager and an itemised invoice in the company’s name. See building managers and businesses.
Old Gasperich
Around rue de Gasperich, the district keeps its older houses, often extended or renovated. The drains there sometimes mix original pipes with newer joints, with a run to the street under the yard or garden.
When a blockage keeps coming back in the same place, we clear it with high-pressure jetting up to 200 bar and run a camera to see whether deposits, a root or a poor fall is the cause. See blocked drains and blocked toilet.

Frequently asked questions
The flush on my wall-hung toilet runs non-stop. Does the wall need opening?
Usually not. The mechanism can be reached by removing the flush plate. We replace the faulty part through that opening, without touching the tiles.
Can you work in our offices outside working hours?
Yes. We can be reached 24/7 and will agree a slot in the evening, early morning or at the weekend. The invoice is made out to the company.
The residence car park opens with a badge only. How do you get in?
Tell us on the phone. You can meet us at the entrance or tell us where to park nearby. Access time does not change the price we quoted.
Where is the stop valve in a new-build flat?
Often in a service riser, a hallway cupboard or near the water meter. If you cannot find it during a leak, call us and we will guide you over the phone.
